Q: How durable are AutoGraphics magnets?
A: AutoGraphics Magnets are made of heavy 30 mil, 100% American made magnetic sheet. They are printed with an outdoor quality ink with built in UV inhibitors to assure the vivid colors will last for years.

Q: Will they stay on a car at highway speeds?
A: Yes. We use double polarized magnetic sheet for superior holding power.

Q: I'm now buying a similar product. Why should I buy AutoGraphics from SDS Design?
A: SDS Design is the original creator of AutoGraphics Magnets. Our main product is car magnets and we offer the most unique designs at the most competitive prices. We design, manufacture, and distribute all of our products in our new facility in Allentown, PA. This assures that we can offer superior quality at the best price possible. We also create a "complete package" for each university that includes several designs in various sizes, not just a single design in one size. This creates multiple sales from a single customer and brings them back week after week for more.

Q: Are AutoGraphics magnets available individually packaged?
A: Yes. We have various packaging options to meet your needs. We can individually package any of our products, and do so impressively, in custom packaging in your school colors. However, our experience has shown that this product sells best "unpackaged". To better display the unpackaged merchandise we offer both tabletop and freestanding displays in addition to wall display boards. These are available at no charge with a $250.00 minimum order.

Q: Can you produce custom designs?
A: Absolutely. We welcome any suggestions for designs that you feel would be a good addition to our line. Our design team can produce an exact prototype sample for your final approval in a few days.

Q: What is the minimum order that I can place and what is your typical ship time?
A: We have only a $50.00 minimum order requirement on all stocked merchandise. Custom orders would be handled on an individual basis. We usually ship the same day, if the order is placed before 1:00 am.

Q: What are your terms?
A: Orders are shipped Net 30 with approved credit. We also accept MasterCard and VISA. Please contact our office for a credit application.

Q: Does your company handle any other products?
A: Due to our superior customer service, many of our AutoGraphics customers asked us if we can supply them with any additional items. Our line of merchandise is constantly growing. If there's something that you need, please ask. We'll do our very best to assist you.
